I believe that wedding photography is about a celebration of life.
My desire is to capture the essence and beauty of your wedding in the most unobtrusive fashion as possible. My love is to do it with an artistic and comprehensive style. When direction is needed, it's given in a warm, professional and upbeat manner with a lighthearted sensitivity. Wheather a small intimate gathering, or an extravagant affair with hundreds of guests, the same attention to detail will always be observed. My passion is to capture the human spirit that is unique to us all with the goal that my work will show real emotion and personality.
I work on the premise that wedding photography is best when it is spontaneous, fun, natural, emotional, and full of impact. Coming from a background of fine art, portrait and advertising photography, as well as my many years experience as a professional drummer, I have developed a style that offers the quick response and immediate reaction needed for photojournalism with an ability to anticipate and time my shots.
Incorporating that same quickness and sense of spontaneity into a style I call inter-active posing, enables the photography to become a part of the day's celebration.
